Ordered some lovely clothes online. Never received it. Called customer services. The lady couldn’t be bothered to explain why the items never showed up...she said it sometimes happens that the courier never receives the item from them. Really? Said the easiest thing is just to refund me the money. What a waste of my time.
They take ages to deliver, Its been sat in warehouse for days, tried a live chat, but they took 30 mins to respond and when they did the chat jams and doesn't allow you to send messages. This isn't the first time this has happened either. I've had several hermes deliveries since placing this order (all at same time), all the other companies have managed to hand it over to hermes to deliver...

WARNING: think twice about ordering from their online store. It is painfully slow, I'm up to a months wait now. Their customer service is non existent, it's not worth the trouble.
They shouldn't have bothered going online, it's a lame attempt and they should be embarrassed, especially in comparison to so many high achieving fashion stores online.
COS Vancouver store
CA#308 on Robson Street.
I was trying to return a dress that was too small. The manager asked me in an accusatory tone if I have worn the dress because she saw white marking on inside of the dress. I told her no and said the marking was probably there when I bought it and she should not have accused me of this.
She steamed the dress and got the marking off. I got my refund but this was a horrible treatment from a manage whose job was to provide service to customers, not making accusations. The staffs at the store were much better than this manager, they should let the staff manage her and show her to service customers.
Be careful when ordering from Cos. A day after I placed my order I got an email to say that my order was delayed. It turns out their warehouse is in the Netherlands and because of Brexit it is all delayed. If it had been mentioned to me when ordering I would not have ordered. I tried to cancel the order but of course they say that is not possible anymore as the order is in progress!! I won’t be ordering anymore!!!
For a store that's owned by the same company as H&M, their quality is not worth the price tag. And unless you love useless, daily emails taking up your time, nothing is worth the fact that it's impossible to unsubscribe from their emails. I've unsubscribed 6 times and eventually I created a rule to send them straight to the trash. I've never, ever had to do this with any company before

This bunch drops the wrong shipping label on my parcel which makes it impossible for Hermes to deliver it - I wait 13 days for an answer. They can't even issue a refund but tell me to wait another 24 hours 'until we get confirmation'. Probably the worst customer service out there considering the size of the brand. Definitely not one to shop from online - from making mistakes to then being unable to rectify their mistakes it's a shambolic company.
Wife ordered some clothing, a couple of bits didn't fit so sent back via 48 hour tracked post.. after 2 weeks and no refund she phoned and asked what was happening, woman said she would process it but it could take another 2 weeks for money to arrive back in account.. I wonder if no contact had been made if they would just sit on the money... Such slow service we won't be using again.
This top looks nice, but it crushes so badly, it looks like you have a concertina round your hips. And the creases do not hang out. So it is ok for wearing round the house, but no good for going out. It certainly does not float over the body, as the ad says.
Exceptional customer service. Speedy and helpful. One of the main reasons why the only online clothes shopping I do is with COS. (Besides the excellent quality of the merchandise).
One mistake ever on a return, they hadn’t refunded me, but customer services resolved it within twelve hours of reporting.
They do not offer a way to exchange a gift which gives you the option to return it and allow the gifter to see they got a refund from the store, ask the gifter to purchases something you would rather have than what they picked out for you or let it sit in your closet until you donate it.
My theory is they do this to make it seem like they have more sales than they actually do because why else would you not offer a way to get store credit or exchange a gift without getting the gift giver involved.
In general, I love COS - I'd estimate 50% of my wardrobe is from COS. I've also found their Customer Services good - I've had to contact them about two separate incidents in the last week! However, I was shocked yesterday when I opened my most recent order package to find only one item in it rather than the three I'd ordered. (Although, I'd been invoiced and charged for three.)
Customer Services were very helpful and efficient in providing a refund - I sent photographic evidence of what had been received. But, I'm very disappointed that I don't have the items I'd actually ordered - which are now out of stock and unavailable. Too late now to source anything similar before Christmas!
